keeping busy

last week was my first full week at home with nathan. following some friends' advice, we kept ourselves busy with activities each morning. monday, we had brunch with a couple of friends and their babies; tuesday, we went to the zoo with katie + kiddies; wednesday, we had lunch with nate's grandmas; thursday, we went to an indoor playground with tirza + kian; friday, we went to whittamores farm with karen + josh.

the week just flew by! all in all, we had a good first week together. can't tell if nathan notices a difference or if he's wondering why he doesn't go to paloma's house anymore.


this week went off to a rocky start. not sure if nathan was traumatized by halloween, but he slept terribly last night, waking up at least four separate times. then he was super cranky and irritable all day long, which was exhausting. fingers crossed that tonight will be better!
