i can't believe that almost a month has passed since christmas and i don't even have one photo up to show for it. we didn't end up taking nathan to see santa this year since we figured he probably wouldn't want to sit on some strange man's lap anyway. i really wanted to get a photo of nathan in front of our christmas tree, but that was a big fail all around. he just didn't want to pose for a photo and every time i tried putting him in front of the tree, he would just take off yelling "no way!". sigh. we also wanted to do something just the three of us, but we all ended up sleeping in later than usual on christmas morning, so we had to rush through the stockings before my mom headed over to start cooking the turkey at our house. so, here's one of the photos i managed to get of nathan on christmas morning:
on christmas eve we were over at ken's aunt's house. it was a long night for our little kiddo, but he did find something in their basement that kept him amused for a good while...
if nathan's going to take up the drums, i think we'll have to figure out a way to soundproof our basement.
