on saturday we had our first family biking excursion. along with andrea and mike, we ferried over to the toronto islands for a day of cycling. we were concerned that nathan might put up a fuss being in the trailer for an extended period of time, but as you can see from the first photo, he fell asleep about 10 minutes into the ride. it was a perfect day for biking and was very leisurely. we walked around centreville for a little bit too so that nathan could check out the farm animals. he's probably still too little for the rides, but it seems like a good activity for next summer.

His head is still perfectly round.
it's *fairly* round...not quite perfectly round. if you feel it at the back, i think there are some not-so-round parts. :o)
