eight months

can't believe nathan is 8 months old already. we haven't weighed and measured him yet so i will update this entry with that later. he's up to some new tricks these days. while sitting on my lap, he can pull himself up to standing while holding on to my two index fingers. it's like he has no interest in sitting anymore and just wants to get up and going. when we put him down on his mat on his back, he quickly flips over to his tummy and starts to wander. most of the time he just goes backwards or spins around like the hands on a clock. he seldom goes forward and still isn't up on all fours in a crawl position yet. maybe more tummy time will help perfect these skills?
